On June 28, 2020, I participated in a charity sketch stream, and for a few days before the event, I got back into sketching with pencil and paper (instead of iPad and Apple Pencil), since I wanted fast sketches, not polished sketches.
I guess the exercise did me good, because I continued sketching with pencil and paper almost exclusively afterwards. And I found that it was a good way to cool down at night when insomnia hits and I can't sleep. Here's some of the first page spreads from my sketchbook:

The BLM (Black Lives Matter) movement is happening now, and one of my goals moving forward is to put more diversity into my characters, and not just Caucasian features. More updates on my progress as I go along.
